I drew this apple half using watercolour pencils. I used a little artistic liscense as I didn't have an apple available to me at the time I drew the picture but It looks ok to me.
On the screen this looks like a finished painting, ready for a show. Drawing from memory tests your knowledge and adds a personal quality that I really like.
This is so nice Shelly--the colors are wonderful--really gets that tangy sweet idea across. I am impressed when anyone draws from memory as it is not something I ever do.

Scrumptious Shelly! You always seem to take an interesting angle when it comes to presenting your challenges and they always make me smile. :o)
There's an erotic connotation to that apple.
There is??? mmmmmm...Oh well, as long as it works!
This looks way more than OK, Shelly, this is VERY well done! You really got the crispness and freshness of the fruit. I like this a lot.

The colors and sculptural quality of this is great. I really like seeing the symmetry.

Nice, juicy colors Shelly. I love this apple art. :)
Shelly, I love the colors on this apple! The coloring on the cut side of the fruit is especially a nice touch.
